Liturgical Resources for Advent & Christmas
Advent is a season of waiting in hope. Advent, which means “coming” or “arrival,” anticipates the celebration of the coming of the Messiah in Jesus, the birth of Christ in our hearts and lives today, and Christ’s return and reign at the end of time.
Christmas celebrates the incarnation—God taking human form and living among us in Jesus Christ.
